The founder of TIBM and its Pioneer Chairperson, the late Mrs. Surriya Allahdin, was a visionary philanthropist, social worker and dynamic leader who had a lifelong commitment to community welfare.
Mrs. Surriya Allahdin moved to Baluchistan in 1977, dedicating her entire life to the cause of humanity. Deeply motivated to improve literacy rates among women in the province, she devoted more than two and a half decades to educating women and providing vocational training, enabling them to become independent and self-sufficient.
She was a strong advocate for children with learning difficulties and special needs, ensuring they had access to education and vocational skills that fostered self-respect, independence, and the opportunity to become valued members of society.
Since 1981, TIBM has been serving communities as a voluntary social welfare organization dedicated to uplifting underprivileged families, especially women and children.
Starting from a small vocational center in Quetta, TIBM has grown into a trusted organization providing quality education, healthcare services, skill development, clean drinking water, disaster relief, and community welfare projects across Balochistan.
